M4P — Movement 4 Power

Official Training Arm

M4P is the official training arm of Southside Prospects.

One club, one training system. Movement 4 Power runs the data-driven development side of Southside Prospects — and every club athlete trains at a discounted rate.

The Deal

What it means for a Southside athlete

  • A discounted club rate on M4P monthly training memberships
  • Discounted camps, clinics, and ID showcases
  • M4P's tools, technology, and instruction
  • M4P's training methodologies
  • Access to the M4P Training App

Every Rep Measured

The measurement stack

  • HitTrax — Ball flight, exit velocity, and hitting data on every swing.
  • Blast Motion — Bat-sensor metrics: bat speed, attack angle, swing plane.
  • Pocket Radar — Pitch and throw velocity, captured rep by rep.
  • Biomechanical sensors — How the body moves, not just what the ball does.
  • Frame-by-frame video analysis — Swings and deliveries broken down frame by frame.
M4P frame-by-frame delivery analysis: the set, peak leg lift, hand break, mid-stride, release, and contact, each annotated
The analysis every athlete gets: swings and deliveries broken down frame by frame, with annotated stills — not a verbal "looked pretty good."

The Facility

The relationship, plainly: M4P is an independent training business founded and run by Connor Jenkins, who is also the High School Director at Southside Prospects. That overlap is the point — the person building the club's training system coaches inside it. Club dues go to Southside Prospects; M4P memberships, camps, and clinics are paid to M4P, with the discounted club rate applied for Southside athletes.

Getting Started

How a Southside athlete starts

The entry point is the M4P assessment — a movement screen, complete baseline, and film, with a full written evaluation — so training starts from measurements, not guesses. Book it directly with M4P.
